We manufacture Galvanized Iron Wires that are heavily used in various industries. The production process of these wires involves a hot-dip galvanization and uninterrupted monitoring of the wire to make sure that the zinc coating is uniform and smooth, using quality adhesives.
The coating of these wires is available in three grades light, medium and heavy, depending upon the application specific requirements. The details of the coating are given below:
- Light Coating: 25 gm/m min.
- Medium Coating: 40/60/90 g/m2/min.
- Heavy Coating: 180-290 g/m2/min size min.

- Tensile Cuts- Our range is manufactured in two grades of tensile:-
- Soft quality: Tensile Strength less than 60 kg/m.
- Hard quality: Tensile Strength less than 60 kg/m.
- Orbit Winding / layer Winding / Layer winding: This winding is pattern based on a winding pattern, these are ideal for smooth unwinding of light and medium coating wires. These are available in pattern laid jumbo wires
- Conventional Winding: Wound over small coils, these are random winding heavy coated wires
- Pay Off: Used to unwind coils, in the anticlockwise direction
Storage conditions for GI Wires should be dry, for which, moisture free warehouses are ideal. Also, the coils need to be elevated below the ground level with the help of wooden supports or braces.
